Tony Miller

Chief Operations Officer

Tony has been in healthcare for over 20 years, and speciﬁcally home health management since 2010. Tony has been in leadership with AngMar for over 10 years serving in a variety of roles; beginning as Vice President of Therapy Services in 2013. He was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2016 and oﬃcially began serving as the company’s Chief Operating Oﬃcer in June 2017. Tony’s home health leadership experience also includes serving as a Rehab Specialist for Amedisys Home Health from 2010 to 2013. He continues to be a licensed physical therapist in the State of Texas. Tony’s education includes a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences, Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with Athletic Training focus, from Louisiana State University.

Wesly C. Maness

Chief Legal Officer/Privacy Officer

Wes has been a licensed Attorney for over 30 years, and has been with AngMar for nearly 10 years, serving as Chief Legal Oﬃcer and Privacy Oﬃcer. Prior to joining AngMar, Wes was a partner at Shannon, Gracey, Ratliﬀ & Miller, LLP, where he was head of the contracting and construction litigation section. Prior to that, he was a shareholder at Pratt, Sanderford & Maness, PC. Wes is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and serves as a Board Member for the Arlington Bar Association. He is also admitted to all Federal District Courts in Texas and maintains a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating. Wes holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Baylor University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University, and is Certiﬁed in Healthcare Privacy Compliance as well as Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certiﬁcation Board (CCB).

Heath Beaty

Chief Financial Officer

Heath has been a Certiﬁed Public Account (CPA) for over 20 years and has been with AngMar for 5 years, serving as Chief Financial Oﬃcer. Prior to AngMar, he served as Controller for 6 years for Texas Health Huguley Hospital (non-proﬁt hospital) that included other regional hospitals in Killeen, San Marcos, and Lampasas, Texas. Prior to that, Heath was a Controller for a Water Meter Company as well as an Auditor for 11 years at regional public accounting ﬁrms handling non-proﬁt and tax. He is also a Charted Global Management Accountant. Heath holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Tarleton State University and a Master of Science degree in Audit and Financial Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Stacie McWilliams

Senior VP - Business Development

Stacie has been with AngMar for more than 14 years. Prior to her position as Senior Vice President of Business Development, she served as an Account Executive, Administrator, and Regional Director of Business Development. Stacie competed collegiately and became a two-time All-American track honoree while completing her Bachelor of Science and obtaining a double minor in Marketing & Economics from Angelo State University. Stacie has served as President of the nonproﬁt Junior League of San Angelo and claims to be a native Texan; however, she was born in Oklahoma City.

Tamera D. Broyles

Senior VP - Operations

Tamera has been with AngMar for more than 10 years. Prior to her position as Senior Vice President of Operations, Tamera has served as Account Executive, Branch Manager, Administrator, and Regional Director of Operations. Tamera’s background includes leadership in both the non-proﬁt and for-proﬁt sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Texas Women’s University and an Associate of Science degree from North Central Texas College.

Sheila Parker

Senior VP - Clinical Services

Sheila has been with AngMar for more than 8 years where she served as a Clinical Reviewer and Regional Clinical Director before assuming the role as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services. She started her career in accounting and served in this capacity for several years in Omaha, NE and Logan, Utah. Sheila then served as a Controller for a division of CongAgra, Inc. in Greeley, CO. Sheila’s desire to work directly with people drove her to leave accounting and run her own small business which propelled her into the nursing ﬁeld. Her entire nursing career has been within the home health spectrum starting as a weekend on-call nurse, ﬁeld clinician, and Director of Nursing for a Visiting Nursing Association in Northern Colorado. Sheila holds an Associate in Accounting degree from Spencer Business School, an Associate of Science degree from Front Range Community College, and her Bachelor Of Nursing degree from Chamberlin University.
