Our History
Since 2000, AngMar Management Services (AMS) has grown from 2 locations in 1 state to more than 90 locations in 11 states under the AngMar-managed umbrella known as Angels Care Home Health and other brands. AMS is a privately held company based in Mansfield, TX, that manages the operations of a network of home health & hospice locations across 11 states including: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia.
At AMS, WE SERVE PATIENTS. This philosophy, instilled by our founders, Mark and Angie Eddins, is more than just the foundation of our company—it's a commitment we make to every patient, caregiver, and referral source in each of the communities we support. Home health offers a higher quality of life for patient populations often rendered powerless by diseases they don't understand and cannot control alone.
We view each patient referral as an opportunity to improve someone's quality of life. This opportunity comes with the responsibility of providing our patients with an optimal environment for complete healing in the place that makes the most sense—their own home.
Whether you are a current or future patient, referral source, family member, caregiver, community member, or employee, you all contribute to helping us continue to serve our patients. Because of this, our patient population numbers continue to grow, fueled by the specialized patient-centered care that the company provides and our commitment to excellence in serving our local communities.
